Tate Stone-Frisina is part of the Business Development team at qashqade, a leading provider of allocation management solutions for private markets, focused on driving the firm’s growth across the North American market. Before joining qashqade, Tate held operations and technical recruiting roles at Fortitude Systems, and spent time coaching and playing professional baseball in Switzerland, experience that shaped his approach to building relationships, developing teams, and performing under pressure. At qashqade, Tate works closely with GPs, LPs, and fund administrators across the US, helping them understand how better technology can address increasingly complex fund structures, rising transparency requirements, and the need to scale. He holds an MBA in Operations from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, where he also earned a BA in Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Studies and played on the varsity baseball team throughout both degrees.
