Reporting
Flexible, data-driven reporting built directly on your allocation calculations_
Designed for teams who need structured, customizable reports across funds, deals, and investors.
Meet evolving reporting standards without losing flexibility
Expectations around transparency and standardisation continue to increase. Many investors and internal stakeholders now request structured reporting formats that relate to ILPA or other industry standard templates. At the same time, funds have their own nuances: bespoke metrics and internal reporting requirements that do not fit into a rigid template.
The qashqade Reporting Module allows you to build reports that adhere to recognised reporting standards while remaining fully configurable. All reporting is generated directly from validated allocation calculations, ensuring that neither standardization nor customization come at the expense of accuracy.
In private markets, reporting reflects how you operate
A report communicates more than just numbers. It reflects your structure, your methodology and your consistency across reporting periods. When reporting is built directly on allocation data and structured in a controlled environment, transparency increases, reconciliation effort decreases and confidence strengthens across investors, stakeholders and internal teams.
See the full picture at every level
Your reporting reflects the real structure of your vehicles and investments while maintaining accuracy. When you generate documents you can choose two different levels – vehicle or partner level. You gain clarity and confidence, knowing your investors, stakeholders and teams see a complete, consistent view of your output.
Adapt reporting to your exact needs
Fully customizable, branded investor reports and portals allow you to include bespoke metrics in your fund’s financial statements, capital calls or distributions notices, managing everything from one central platform. You stay in control, with flexible reports that fit your internal processes and meet stakeholder expectations effortlessly.
Generate system-ready outputs effortlessly
Target Reports let you produce outputs formatted for other applications, such as Investran or e-Front. Whether for realized or unrealized carry/clawback, you gain confidence that your existing systems receive accurate, reconciled data fully aligned with your validated allocation calculations
Share insights with confidence
Generate reports instantly and download, or integrate them into our Portal. Whether using standard templates or fully customized outputs, your reporting is transparent, accurate, and easy to communicate. You will have peace of mind, knowing every stakeholder receives clear, reliable information.
How Reporting Works at qashqade
Reporting configurations are built directly within the platform and run on validated allocation data. From that point forward, reports can be generated consistently across periods (annual, quarterly, weekly or daily) always aligned with your underlying calculations.
Select the Data Scope
Choose the relevant dataset. Reports can run across multiple vehicles or be restricted depending on the reporting requirement.
Define the Reporting Template
To set-up a reporting template, you need to define the stacks and the columns. Stacks determine the granularity (aggregation level) of the values of the chosen columns. For the displayed data, charts can also be included.
Configure Reports and Documents, adapt Formats
Apply existing templates or create new configurations. Save customized setups for reuse across reporting cycles. Refine the column order and rename headers. Adjust the presentation to meet the standards of investors and other stakeholders or internal review requirements without affecting calculation integrity.
Generate and Integrate Output
Generate reports, documents and statements instantly and download them directly, or distribute them via the Stakeholder Portal. Target report configurations are available for system integrations, including dedicated templates for Investran, supporting realized and unrealized carry/clawback batch updates, formatted for system compatibility.

All of this can be done using our document generator and portal modules.
Each fund, deal, and partners gets their own personalized page based on calculations. Can be exported as an image. Each fund and deal also get their own screen where metrics can be seen.
Our reporting module is designed to be fully customizable, allowing users to configure report templates according to their specific requirements. Typical report components include investor-level and deal-level values at each calculation step, including realized and unrealized proceeds, accrued balances, and standard performance metrics such as IRR, DPI, and others. Once configured, these components can be combined into a standardized reporting package that the client can apply consistently across all funds and reporting periods.
