qashqade, the leader in allocation management, is delighted to announce that Kelley Gustafson has joined the company as Head of Client Relationship Management. Based at qashqade’s headquarters in Zurich, Kelley will work closely with CEO Oliver Freigang and the wider team to look after the company’s global client base and to drive growth across the EMEA region.

Kelley brings close to 25 years of experience in fintech and a track record of building and leading client-facing organisations. She joins qashqade from EWM Global, where she was part of the leadership team that grew the firm from a start-up into a global leader in incentive compensation administration. Most recently she served as EWM’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, a role she held for almost five years, having previously been Chief Client Officer and Head of Client Relationship Management. Across these positions she developed deep expertise in deferred compensation, alongside a genuine passion for client satisfaction, leadership and mentoring.

In her new role, Kelley will be responsible for managing qashqade’s existing client relationships and for expanding the company’s client base across EMEA, ensuring that every client gets the very most out of the platform as their operations grow and evolve.

Her arrival comes at a moment of strong momentum for qashqade. Engineered in Switzerland by private markets experts, the company’s allocation management platform helps GPs, LPs and fund administrators handle increasingly complex allocation workflows with accuracy, transparency and confidence. By replacing manual, spreadsheet-driven processes with a purpose-built engine, qashqade automates and validates allocation and fee calculations across all capital flows including waterfalls, fees and carried interest in a fully auditable environment. The company serves a global client base from offices in Zurich, New York, London and Budapest.

Commenting on the appointment, Oliver Freigang, CEO of qashqade, said:

“Kelley joins us at a pivotal moment. As more GPs, LPs and fund administrators adopt qashqade to take control of their allocation workflows, the relationships we build with our clients matter more than ever. Kelley combines a rare depth of private markets experience with a genuine commitment to client success, and her leadership will be instrumental as we deepen our existing global partnerships and grow across EMEA. Having worked alongside Kelley at EWM Global, I have seen first-hand what she can deliver, and I am completely convinced she is the right person to lead this for us. I am thrilled to welcome her to the team and excited about what we will achieve together.”

Kelley Gustafson added:

“Throughout my career I have seen first-hand how much friction and risk sit inside manual, spreadsheet-driven allocation processes and how much value is unlocked when that changes. qashqade is solving one of the most fundamental challenges in private markets, and doing it with a rigour and clarity I find genuinely exciting. I am delighted to be joining such a talented team at this dynamic stage, and I look forward to working closely with our clients to make sure the platform and our team of experts deliver everything they need as they evolve and grow.”
