ZURICH – 18th December 2024 – qashqade, the leading technology provider for streamlining and automating fee and waterfall calculations and reporting for private funds, are thrilled to announce that Svalner, Sweden’s leading group of independent tax and financial transaction specialists, has selected qashqade to automate their fund distribution waterfalls and GP carried interest reporting.

Svalner is expanding its Fund Services division with a dedicated focus on Fund Administration, aiming to provide industry-leading solutions for private fund reporting and administration. This strategic initiative is designed to strengthen Svalner’s position in the private equity and alternative investment sectors. To address the complex challenges of fund administration, including the management of non-standard limited partnership agreements, Svalner chose qashqade for its flexible calculation engine and unmatched accuracy in reporting fund distributions and carried interest across a wide range of private funds. Furthermore, qashqade’s seamless integration with the Entrilia fund accounting platform provided a significant operational advantage.
